When a specified product is unavailable, over budget or poorly matched to field conditions, we can help evaluate approved equals and alternates based on required performance—not simply brand preference.
That discussion happens with the GC, design team and manufacturer as appropriate. The goal is not to weaken the spec. It is to protect the project intent.
